Before we begin creating your custom web design services, you’ll need to secure a domain — this is the name of your website, like www.yourbusiness.co.uk. You can register your domain through any trusted provider (we recommend Crazy Domains or 123 Reg), or I can assist you with the setup process if needed. Keep in mind that domain ownership stays with you, and you’ll be responsible for renewing it annually.

02 Payment Structure

To get started on your custom website project, a 50% deposit is required upfront, along with full payment for the first year of website hosting. Once these payments are received, the design process will begin. After the site is completed and approved by you, the remaining 50% of the design cost will be due before the website is transferred to your ownership. This staged approach ensures transparency.

03 UK-Based Hosting

Your website needs reliable hosting to stay live and accessible to visitors. Hosting is where your site files are stored, and it’s charged as an annual fee — billed upfront. This is the only additional cost outside of your website design. All websites are hosted on fast, secure UK servers to ensure high performance, uptime, and SEO benefit. We handle all technical setup for you.

04 Ongoing Maintenance & Support

All of our custom websites include a user-friendly Content Management System (CMS), giving you the ability to log in and make updates whenever needed — no coding required. If you'd rather leave the updates to a professional, we offer an optional monthly website maintenance package (content edits, plugin updates, performance checks, proactive support).
