Velle is a new intentional gifting brand based in Bend, Oregon, that offers crafted wraps, candles, and scented sprays. Its products are designed to “envelop customers in warmth, comfort, and empowerment—creating meaningful moments of connection and calm in a fast-paced world,” according to the People People website. The design firm recently recreated a new identity for Velle.
The new logo takes on the nature of the products—a softly draping wrap, a candle flame, scent wafting through the air. The People People team created custom typography with flowing letterforms that feel warm and embracing. The wordmark is quietly in perfect balance; the repeating “e” and “l” shapes create a soothing sense of stability, and the “i” even mimics a lighted candle.
